By ordering a permit you are agreeing that:
You understand that my permit must be displayed clearly in the windscreen of my vehicle at all times.
You understand that permits are issued for the benefit of residents only.
and that you agree to park my vehicle according to advertised restrictions.

Note! Failure to comply with any of the above will result in vehicles being subject to enforcement action


* V5 application/Insurance document:

Annual Renewal

As from the 1st April 2020 only parking permits with 'EXP 31.03.21' will be accepted.

Each property can apply for a maximum of ONE resident parking permit at a cost of £25.00 per annum.

All applications must be supported with a copy of a vehicle registration document (V5) or valid insurance certificate relating to the estate address. (Your address AND vehicle registration must be printed on the document)

  • Any replacement permits including i.e.lost or damaged permits, please replace these permits immediately either by phoning directly on 01753512603 or send an enquiry to permits@pcm-uk.co.uk. Replacement fee is £15.00.

Please do NOT place an order for replacement permits online.
