VVP License

Visitor parking bays will be monitored via a Virtual Visitor Parking (VVP) App, which can be downloaded on either the App Store or Google Play. Residents of the development can use the PCM VVP App to book a valid parking session in accordance with the advertised terms and conditions of parking.
Please note – this product is a license fee, not an hour bundle. If you don’t see an option to purchase hours on your account, it means your site does not support the purchase of additional hours.
PLEASE READ BELOW:
– The VVP is for one use per property only i.e., two occupants of a property cannot have separate accounts
– By choosing VVP, please be aware you will be unable to purchase any Visitor scratch cards (If applicable), please ensure you have read the FULL T&C’s included within your correspondence.
– Please also ensure you have downloaded the VVP App and completed your application.
You will be required to provide a utility bill or tenancy agreement and a valid ID (passport or drivers licence) when registering for the app (please ensure you have these ready when you begin the registration process). Please select your location code (you can find this on the signage within your estate or within the correspondence you have received) E.G. LOC 1234 as the address upon registering.
Please be aware that the expiration date for the licensing will be indicated in your resident letter.
PCM does not offer prorated licensing fees; if a user purchases the license six months after the site becomes active, the license will only cover the remaining six months.

HOW TO APPLY FOR YOUR FIRST COME FIRST SERVE PERMIT:
- Provide the following information:
- A COPY of a vehicle registration document (V5) or valid insurance certificate relating to your address for your vehicle. Both your address and your vehicle registration must be printed on the document.

In order to process your order, please upload;
- A copy of your Blue Badge
- Proof of address e.g. tenancy agreement, utility bill, drivers license, bank statement etc.
DOCUMENTS FOR PROOF OF ADDRESS MUST MATCH THE NAME ON THE BLUE BADGE
Please note that there is a £2.00 post & packaging fee for every scratch card order as we send all scratch cards recorded delivery.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please ensure that you enter an on-site address (i.e. that of a site that PCM patrol) for your shipping address as failure to do so may result in your order being voided. Scratch cards will only be sent to the address with a scratch card entitlement.
Should you attempt to purchase more than your annual allowance of scratch cards, we will process the order for your remaining balance and charge appropriately.
For example, should you be entitled to 30 visitor scratch cards per year (3 booklets) but attempt to purchase 4 booklets, we will process the order for 30 scratch cards and charge £30.00 (+£2 shipping). Any surplus paid will be voided and returned to your original payment method.
