Terms and Conditions
All permits are issued in accordance with the advertised restrictions on your development (Please see signage throughout your scheme and the resident letter that accompanies your permit) Please note that in applying for a permit and/or using a permit you accept & agree to the restrictions on your scheme.
Each permit will be valid until the expiry date printed onto your permit, it must be used in accordance with the instructions on the rear of the permit and the restrictions advertised throughout your scheme.
No refunds are given where permits are cancelled, returned or lost. All such permits will become immediately invalid and a replacement permit must be applied for at the replacement charge of £10.00
If you are applying for a residential permit that requires a V5 application please ensure you attach a copy of the registration document confirming the vehicle is registered to your estate address. Where a vehicle registration document is not available, other suitable documentation confirming the residential status and ownership of the vehicle must be provided, such as a letter from your company should the vehicle be a company vehicle or an insurance document.
In the event of any doubt over the validity of any application or documentation, we reserve the right to seek further information and documentation as we see fit in order to satisfy ourselves that the application is genuine & complies with our instructing clients requirements.
All personal data collected in respect of parking permit applications is subject to Data Protection regulations. Data will be retained and used in order to maintain the valid operation of the parking enforcement scheme. Data may be shared with our instructing client.
Successful permit applications will normally be dispatched within 24 hours
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PERMIT WITHIN 5 DAYS OF MAKING YOUR PAYMENT THEN PLEASE CALL OUR PERMIT TEAM IMMEDIATELY (Having applied for a permit and awaiting it to be delivered does not allow you to park. You must have the permit clearly displayed in your vehicle in order to park)
FAILURE TO FULLY DISPLAY A VALID PARKING PERMIT WILL RESULT IN YOUR VEHICLE BEING ISSUED WITH A PARKING CHARGE NOTICE - DO NOT PARK WITHOUT DISPLAYING A VALID PERMIT AT ANY TIME
