IMPORTANT: please note permit applications will be accepted until 4th September 2026. Any orders placed after this date will not be processed unless previously agreed with NHG.
HOW TO APPLY FOR AN ANNUAL BAY LICENSE
If you have been invited to apply for a permit and allocated a bay, please provide one of the following documents:
- A COPY of a vehicle registration document (V5) OR a copy of a valid insurance certificate relating to your address for your vehicle. Both your address and your vehicle registration must be printed on the document.
Documents for license applications must:
- Clearly show both the vehicle registration mark and the address to which the vehicle is registered
- Be of clear resolution so all information can be read and verified – a photograph of the documents captured on a smartphone will suffice, providing that the images are clear and legible
Following successful application, permits will be posted to your property. If you have followed the above process and have not received either your resident permit or a confirmation of the order being rejected within seven (7) days, please inform Parking Control Management (UK) Ltd on 01753 512603 option 3 immediately.
Please note, you will not be able to park on site until you have paid for and received your access control Remote Device. To obtain one, you will need to contact the Woodberry Estate Management team. Please refer to the letter that will be sent to you shortly, by this team, for details on the process.
