- Residents who have a company vehicle can apply for a resident parking permit with a cover letter from their employer and documentation that shows proof of residency.
Disabled Applications must also include:
- A copy of both sides of your blue badge, should you wish to apply for a PCM disabled permit.

Permit Eligibility
Each property may apply to renew their annual permit. Please read the below permit eligibility.
- If you have a vehicle registered to your property, you may apply for both permits. Maximum 1 resident permit and 1 visitor permit
- If you DO NOT have a vehicle registered to your property, you may only apply for a visitor permit

- Clearly show both the vehicle registration mark and the address to which the vehicle is registered
- Be of clear resolution so all information can be read and verified – a photograph of the documents captured on a smartphone will suffice, providing that the images are clear and legible
- Relate to the address for which you are applying for a permit
Visitor Only (I do not have a vehicle registered to my property):
Provide the following information:
- Proof of address e.g., a utility bill, tenancy agreement, bank statement etc.
